Section III: Doctrinal and Moral Affirmation

By signing below, I affirm and commit to uphold the following principles of the World Federation of Orthodox and Apostolic Churches:

✔ Nicene Doctrinal Commitment – Affirmation of the Nicene Creed (without Filioque) and recognition of the Holy Spirit’s procession as understood at the Council of Florence. ✔ Chambessy Agreement Compliance – Recognition of both Eastern Orthodox and Oriental Orthodox Traditions as valid expressions of Orthodoxy. ✔ Zhogbian Definition of Schism – Commitment to restoring unity based on universal reception rather than unilateral declarations. ✔ Vincentian Canon as Catholicity – “Semper, Ubique, et ab Omnibus” (“Always, Everywhere, and by All”). ✔ Biblical Morality & Christian Family Covenant – Upholding: ❌ Rejection of abortion, divorce, homosexuality, and gender ideology. ✔ Affirmation of traditional Christian marriage (one man, one woman). ✔ Ancient Liturgies – Use of historic liturgies of the Church, including the Anglo-Catholic Missal (American Missal / St. Tikhon’s Mass). ✔ Apostolic Succession – Demonstration of both manual and doctrinal apostolic succession. ✔ Intercommunion – Open communion among Full Members, with local bishops retaining autonomy over clergy exchanges and sacramental decisions.

Section IV: Personal Covenant

I, [Name], solemnly affirm and commit to upholding the traditional Christian family values in accordance with the ancient and Apostolic Orthodox and Catholic teachings of the Undivided Church. This includes:

✔ Self-Identity & Sexual Ethics – Recognizing my identity as being created in the image of God and honoring my body as a temple of the Holy Spirit. ✔ Family Structure & Marriage – Upholding the biblical definition of marriage and rejecting divorce except as explicitly permitted by the teachings of the Undivided Church. ✔ Children – Welcoming children as a blessing from God and raising them in the fear and admonition of the Lord. ✔ Communal Life – Participating in the Church community and resisting secular values that contradict biblical morality. ✔ Commitment to Biblical Morality – Living out my faith through acts of love, mercy, and justice, and striving for holiness in accordance with the Scriptures and Church Fathers.

Annual Fees:

• $33 per Individual

Payment can be made via check or PayPal. These fees cover administrative costs, online systems, and membership registries.
